New course dates Autumn 2016

Blissful Yoga returns w/c 12th September until w/e 21st October 2016 and it’s all about “Feeling calmer, clearer, stronger”.

I’m looking forward to sharing some familiar as well as some new yoga, pranayama and meditation techniques that will stretch your body and mind, and help you to feel good about yourself – and life in general!
