Blissful Flow and Blissful Stretch & Relax teacher: My name is Suzanna Rees and I’m a fully qualified yoga teacher with the International School of Dru Yoga, which is registered with the Yoga Alliance (certified 200hr course) and the Independent Yoga Network (UK). I’ve been practising yoga since 2001 and teaching since 2013 as a fully registered member the Dru Yoga Professional Network. Since then I have also completed the Dru Yoga Back Care diploma course. As the founder of Blissful Yoga (and busy mum of three), my passion is helping others feel more balanced and at ease with themselves using simple yet powerful Dru Yoga practices to help combat the physical and emotional stresses of everyday living.
Blissful Yang, Blissful Yin and Blissful Fusion teacher: My name is Michelle (or “Shellie” as my students know me) and after developing ME (also known as chronic fatigue syndrome), my yoga practice took on a deeper meaning. In 2018 I went on to train in the homeland of yoga… India. There I qualified under the amazing guidance of Jeevmoksha Gurukul to become a fully qualified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance International (certified 200hr course). Since then I have also qualified with the 50hr Yin Yoga Alliance and completed a 20hr Yin Meditation course. Owing my improved health and continued recovery to the practice of yoga, I hope that my experience and guidance will help others to see their own inner and outer strength grow.
