Blissful Flow teacher: Suzanna Rees is a fully qualified yoga teacher with the International School of Dru Yoga, which is registered with the Yoga Alliance (certified 200hr course) and the Independent Yoga Network (UK). She’s been practising yoga and meditation since 2001 and teaching since 2013 as a fully registered member the Dru Yoga Professional Network, completing the post graduate Dru Yoga Back Care diploma course in 2017. As the founder of Blissful Yoga (and busy mum of three), Suzanna is passionate about helping others feel more balanced and at ease with themselves using a simple yet powerful practice to help combat the physical and emotional stresses of everyday living.
Blissful Yin/Fusion and Yoga Basics teacher: Michelle Williams (or “Shellie” as her students know her) developed ME (also known as chronic fatigue syndrome) and her yoga practice took on a deeper meaning. In 2018 she trained in the homeland of yoga… India, under the amazing guidance of Jeevmoksha Gurukul, to become a fully qualified yoga instructor with the Yoga Alliance International (certified 200hr course). Since then she has also qualified with the 50hr Yin Yoga Alliance and completed a 20hr Yin Meditation course. Shellie says that she owes her improved health and continued recovery to the practice of yoga, and hopes that her experience and guidance will help others to see their own inner and outer strength grow.
