It calls upon the principles of Dru Yoga’s positive health and well being to unblock energy in the body, ease back pain, and improve balance and posture.

Dru Yoga has its roots in hatha yoga and includes classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and powerful, flowing sequences. Classes are tailored to an individual level and contain Energy Block Release (EBR) sequences, dynamic asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. We offer warm and welcoming weekly classes in Lichfield; at Martin Heath Hall on a Monday morning, and in the Blissful studio garden on a Friday afternoon (summer time dates only) . If you are new to yoga, re-establishing your practice, or are looking for a more tailored experience, private/1-2-1 sessions can be booked at Blissful Yoga’s peaceful studio on a Monday, Thursday and Friday.
