The importance of a balanced practice is based on the idea that all areas of the body, mind and soul need to be used in order to maintain optimum health and well being. Blissful Flow features gentle Dru Yoga sequences, meditation practice and relaxation, establishing breath awareness to release tension and discover an inner stillness. Blissful Yin/Fusion is a breath-centred practice with a deep stretch and release which aims to complement any sporting or other exercise regime. Taking the best of both Hatha and Yin styles to create a yoga fusion that fosters the essence of mindful connection. Blissful Yoga Basics is a 6-week course specially designed to help new or returning students gain confidence and build an enhanced practice that is right for them.

Please note that classes are currently pre-paid only to manage numbers safely during Covid-19. Hand-sanitiser available and enhanced cleaning is in place to ensure that the studio is Covid-19 secure. A copy of our risk assessment is available on request.

All Classes are held at the Blissful Yoga studio in Lichfield WS13 7AG (except one class held at Yoxall Parish Hall on Monday afternoons). Some are held term-time only and so please check before booking. Parking is available in the Beacon Park car park off Shaw Lane (free after 3.30 pm). What to wear and bring? Don’t worry if you don’t have your own yoga props. The Blissful Yoga studio in Lichfield is fully equipped with a selection of mats, blocks and bolsters that are being disinfected after use. You are, however, encouraged to bring your own if possible – and any extra layers for the relaxation period at the end of each class. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can easily move in and bring your own water.
