Blissful Yoga runs warm and welcoming weekly classes in Lichfield during school term-time. If you’re a total beginner or re-establishing a practice, we also offer tailored 1-2-1 / private tuition in our beautiful garden studio by Beacon Park to help you find the confidence you need to stretch, relax and unwind. Group classes are held in the main hall at Martin Heath by Christ Church – bring your mug and stay for a cuppa at the end if you’ve time.
Mondays – 10:30 to 11:30 public class held at Martin Heath Hall, Leomansley – all welcome.
Mondays/Thursdays/Fridays – private group and 1-2-1 sessions available at Blissful Yoga studio, Shaw Lane – all welcome, please enquire for more details.
Fridays (select summertime dates only) – 13:30 to 14:30 outdoor public class held in the Blissful Yoga studio garden, Shaw Lane – please enquire, all welcome.
